Since its introduction in June, there has been increased interest and contractual commitments to include our overhead trailer offices in new projects. Aside from their aesthetic advantage, the real appeal of our spatial innovation is its economic practicality and site functionality. The continuing challenge of increased downtown development and more limited vacant property access to aid new construction has made on-site project efficiency essential. By placing work trailers, generators or multiple other items directly above our fully engineered covered walkway structures, clients can now provide ultimate pedestrian protection while simultaneously experiencing convenient site access and cost savings. We expect this overhead trailer trend to grow as an additional premium on operational space is created by future condo and office tower developments.
